Hi, I'm Miriam. Going through menopause myself, I can appreciate the challenges that perimenopause and menopause can have on your mental wellbeing.
I love seeing my clients overcome anxiety & depression, helping them to manage stress, improve sleep and feel re-vitalised again.

I work with women who are time poor, and value the importance of maintaining good health during menopause!
Perimenopause is like going through puberty all over again. Every woman's experience is unique and deserves to be treated that way. Once you know the cause of underlying symptoms, i.e. hormone and neurotransmitter imbalances, high cortisol, insulin resistance, poor estrogen detoxification or hypo/hyper thyroidism, it is possible to regain control of your mood and symptoms again.
